How to track
- Check your inbox for your shipping confirmation email (sent when your order is dispatched).
- Click the tracking link in the email — it will take you directly to the carrier's site.
- You'll see real-time updates: dispatched, in transit, out for delivery, delivered.
Didn't get a shipping email?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, your order may still be processing — most orders ship within 1 business day. If it's been more than 2 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
Tracking isn't updating?
Carrier systems sometimes take 24–48 hours to update after pickup. If your tracking hasn't moved in 5+ business days, email us at martinskaug972@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate.
Need to change your delivery address?
If your order has shipped, address changes need to be made directly with the carrier using your tracking number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll update it on our side.
