What we accept

  • Unused items in original packaging
  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items in resaleable condition

How to return

  1. Email us at martinskaug972@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send a return address and instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item back (return shipping is your responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace the item or refund you in full — return shipping on us.
