How much does shipping cost?
Free on orders over $50. Below that, a small flat shipping fee applies based on your location.

How do I track my order?

Returns & refunds

What's your return policy?

How do I start a return?

When will I get my refund?

Products

Are the resistance bands suitable for beginners?
Yes. Our sets include multiple resistance levels (color-coded), so you can start light and build up. The standard 11-piece set is a great starting point.

What's the difference between sets?
The number tells you the total resistance: 50 lb is great for warm-ups and rehab, 100 lb covers most everyday training, and 150 lb is for heavy strength work.

Do you offer warranties?
Every product is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If something breaks under normal use, contact us — we'll make it right.
